Product Description

We harvest our Ayvalık olives, grown in our single exclusive orchard in Karaburun, İzmir, in accordance with organic farming standards, by hand and without machinery during the early harvest period in October.

To preserve the characteristic properties of the olives obtained from our single orchard, the harvested olives are immediately transported to the factory on the same day and processed using the cold press method at temperatures below 24°C.

Thanks to the early harvest and cold press method, the natural aroma of the olives is preserved. Our olive oil offers a balanced, fresh, and characteristic flavor with a distinct and intense fruity aroma.

The acidity of our olive oil is 0.8% or lower.

Our olive oil is naturally rested in stainless steel chrome tanks. This ensures that the natural structure and aroma of the olive oil are preserved.

Our single-orchard olive oil, organically certified by ETKO, is ideal for cold consumption due to its intense fruity aroma, but it is also suitable for use in all dishes.
