We harvest our Ayvalık-variety olives, grown on our single organic grove in the Karaburun district of İzmir, by hand and without machinery during the early harvest period in October.

To preserve the characteristic qualities of olives from a single grove, the harvested olives are taken to the mill the same day, without delay, and cold-pressed below 24°C.

Thanks to the early harvest and cold-press method, the olives' natural aroma is preserved. Our olive oil offers a balanced, fresh, and characteristic flavor with a pronounced, intense fruity aroma.

The acidity level of our olive oil is 0.8% or lower.

Our olive oil rests naturally in stainless steel tanks, carefully preserving its natural structure and aroma.
