In our single garden located in Karaburun district of Izmir, we harvest our Ayvalık type olives, grown in accordance with organic farming standards, by hand and without machinery in October, during the early harvest period.

To preserve the characteristic features of our olives obtained from a single garden, the harvested olives are taken to the factory on the same day without delay and processed using the cold press method below 24°C.

Thanks to the early harvest and cold press method, the natural aroma of the olives is preserved. Our olive oil offers a balanced, fresh, and characteristic taste with a distinct and intense fruity aroma.

Our olive oil is naturally rested in stainless steel tanks. This ensures that the natural structure and aroma of the olive oil are preserved.

The production, pressing, and storage processes comply with organic farming regulations and are certified by ETKO. Furthermore, analyses conducted by ETKO have confirmed that there are no chemical pesticide residues or pesticides in its content.
