Product Description

Our Ayvalık olives, grown in our sole garden in Karaburun, İzmir, in accordance with organic farming standards, are harvested by hand without machinery in October, during the early harvest period.

To preserve the characteristic properties of the olives obtained from a single garden, the harvested olives are taken to the factory without delay on the same day and processed using the cold-press method at temperatures below 24°C.

Thanks to the early harvest and cold-press method, the natural aroma of the olives is preserved. Our olive oil offers a balanced, fresh, and characteristic flavor with a distinct and intense fruity aroma.

Our olive oil is naturally rested in stainless steel chrome tanks. This ensures that the natural structure and aroma of the olive oil are preserved.

The production, pressing, and storage processes comply with organic farming regulations and are certified by ETKO. Furthermore, analyses conducted by ETKO have confirmed that it contains no chemical pesticide residues.
