Organic Agriculture;
Organic or ecologic agriculture is a sustainable method of cultivation
carried out under certain rules and regulations that do not exploit nature.
The goal of organic agriculture, under required certification and control, is to
protect environment, plant, animal and human health, without application of any
chemical input throughout the whole production process.
In order to maintain the health of environment, rather than use soluble
minerals, it is better to keep the ground covered, plant wide range of crops,
liquid fertilize, cultivate the soil methodically, and utilize natural
fertilizers (composite, semi-liquid manure) to fertilize the soil.
Olive oil is good, but as organic olive oil does not contain peptizes and
residues of manure, which negatively affect human health, Organic Olive Oil is
better.
